From 1 November 2026 the ferry companies charge new fares on sailings leaving Kinmen. Sailings from Xiamen and Quanzhou keep their current fares. The prices on KinmenExpress already follow the change: a sailing on or after 1 November is shown at the new price, and one before it at the current price.

Both of the operator’s charges come down. The fare falls from CNY 140 to CNY 137 in standard class and from CNY 150 to CNY 147 in business class, and Kinmen’s dock cleaning fee (码头清洁费) falls from CNY 38 to CNY 36 per passenger. Our booking fee of CNY 20 per passenger per sailing sits on top of both, and is included in every price on this page.

Business class is sold on the Xin Wu Yuan, the Heping Xin Xing and the Xin Jie An. Other sailings, and every sailing on the Quanzhou route, are standard class only.
The dock fee
Kinmen charges the dock cleaning fee on every departure from Kinmen, on top of the fare. The prices on KinmenExpress include it, so the price shown when you choose a sailing is the price you pay. Infants under 2 on the day of the sailing do not pay the fee, and the total at the payment step reflects that.
Every traveller is booked on the full fare, whatever their age, so a booking needs nothing beyond each traveller’s passport details.
